With the carefully constructed, designed and delicious menu offerings - it truly transports you... as if you are in one of the best restaurants in Tokyo. The Wagyu Croquette, Vegetable Tenpura, Bluefin Tuna Rolls and Wagyu Carpaccio were all made to perfection with immense quality and delicious flavor. The mocktails were all refreshing and crisp! There is nothing really like this in Louisville and I highly recommend you all go give this beautiful place a try.

Well. Our 400-year-old Japanese front door disintegrated in a warehouse fire. We can’t install our Buddha facade because they’re renovating our sidewalks. And utility poles and lines need to be relocated before our sign can be delivered. Sans these minor perils, I’m absolutely ...thrilled to share that my new Japanese/sushi concept in NuLu, Sake a Gogo, is officially open and it’s fabulous! Beginning now, please join us at 620 E. Market St. from 5-10 pm, Tuesday-Saturday, for what will surely be the most memorable Japanese sushi experience in the region.
